
Fiuggi is one of the most important Italian thermal resort, where Pope Boniface VIII and Michelangelo used to go.
The thermal complex lies downhill surrounded by chestnut, oak and pine woods. It is made of two hydrothermal springs: the BONIFACE VIII and the ANTICOLANA.
Fiuggi's waters are used to treat a great number of disease, the efficacy of its oligomineral waters are well known throughout the world. They cause the discharge of kidney stones and prevent their formation; they are suitable in the pre and post surgery treatment for urinary calculosis; also, the water are an efficient remedy for the urinary tract disorders and, thanks to their effect on the uric acid metabolism, for the treatment of the gout and the uratic arthropathies.
